DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS, UPS/SurePost, OnTrac, DHL eCommerce or FedEx. An additional $5 fee will be applied to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
Generally, we try to process and ship all sales within 1-2 business days of purchase with tracking. If your item was purchased on Friday after 11am or any time on the weekend, it will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. We will provide free domestic shipping for any purchases over $500. We will try to accommodate shipping deadlines or requests to the best of our ability. At times, we may experience shipping delays, feel free to contact us if there are any issues. Any expedited shipping options will be an additional charge.
Once a shipping label is created, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide shipping labels for P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and select U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
All Off My Rack orders will require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is waived, the buyer will accept full financial responsibility if anything were to happen to the package.
We require all items be shipped to the billing address of the payment method to protect us from fraudulent activities. We understand that there are exceptions to this like an additional residence, business, or gift. In these cases, please send us a request via email and we will try to accommodate. Additional verification steps may be needed so please expect a possibly delay in shipping in this case.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS, DHL Express. We ship to over 60 countries. Unfortunately, we cannot provide shipping labels for P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and select U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

We try to accommodate shipping to all countries. We will follow all regulations on importing items like fur or exotic skins per the destination country’s laws. We will not declare any items as a “gift”. Customers are solely responsible for import taxes, customs duties goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Please note that all items will be declared at full purchase price and indicated as "pre-owned" when shipped outside of the United States. We cannot declare any item as a “gift”. All prices shown and the amount due reflected at checkout are represented in US Dollars and do not include import taxes, customs duties and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country.
All international sales are final.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. Off MY Rack may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
