Authenticity Guarantee

Off My Rack has been purchasing designer apparel and accessories for over 25 years. We have hand-selected each item having either purchased brand new or have carefully reviewed and inspected all pre-loved items meticulously against the manufacturer's uncompromising authenticity benchmarks (color, stitching, codes, mode, certifications, hardware quality, authenticity imprints, materials used and how they are crafted). Our multi-tiered authentication process ensures that pieces are evaluated multiple times before the item is available for sale.

Authenticity is the cornerstone of our business. We have never, and will not, sell inauthentic merchandise. 

The OMR team is trained to look for all the indications of authenticity, including item construction, materials, hardware, authenticity papers (if provided) and product codes. Should pre-loved items require further authentication, they are sent to a third-party authentication service for advanced review. 

Should you require third-party authentication, OMR will arrange it for you for a fee. You will be charged an authentication fee (outlined below).

OMR is able to provide authentication for most brands listed on our site.

All pieces are subject to an authentication fee if further authentication is requested. If third-party authentication is required, you will be charged a non-refundable fee based on the item.
